Registration and Enrollment Policy:
All participants must complete the registration process to enroll in the program.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Tuition and Payment Policy:
Tuition fees are due upon registration or according to the payment plan selected.
Payment plans may be available, with specified due dates for installment payments.
Participants will not receive access to course materials until tuition payments are received in full.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@doggydogma.com.au at least two weeks before the program start date to be eligible for a refund.
Refund requests received within two weeks of the program start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued after the program has started.
In the event that the program is canceled by the organizers, a full refund of tuition fees will be issued.
Transfer and Deferral Policy:
Participants may request to transfer to a different program start date, subject to availability, at no additional cost if the request is made at least two weeks before the original program start date.
Deferral requests received within two weeks of the original program start date may be subject to an administrative fee.
Transfers and deferrals are subject to availability, and participants must complete the program within a specified timeframe.
Certification Examination Policy:
Participants are eligible to take the certification exam after completing all course modules and meeting the graduation requirements.
A fee may be required to take the certification exam.
Participants who fail the certification exam may retake it, subject to a re-examination fee.
Attendance and Participation Policy:
Participants are expected to actively engage with course materials and complete assignments as specified in the course syllabus.
Excessive absence or failure to complete coursework may result in disqualification from the program without a refund.
Code of Conduct and Ethical Guidelines:
Participants are expected to adhere to a professional code of conduct and ethical guidelines, respecting all individuals and animals involved in the program.
Violation of ethical guidelines may result in disqualification from the program without a refund.
Intellectual Property Policy:
Copyright prohibits the reproduction, distribution, and sharing of any course materials or content without prior written consent.
Grievance and Dispute Resolution Policy:
Participants with concerns or grievances should contact Jen Higgins at info@doggydogma.com.au for prompt and fair resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, mediation or arbitration may be pursued.
Amendment and Modification Policy:
These policies may be subject to revision by the program organizers. Participants will be notified of any changes to the policies in advance.
